– Maintaining and overseeing a positive, productive relationship with tenants.

– Collect receivable accounts and handle operating expenses

– Oversee properties’ personnel and assess its performance and strategize on well executed operations.

– Proper Weekly and monthly report

– Coordinate with sales for available property.

– Record keeping of Move out/in tenants.
