Description
We would like to invite potential applicants for a key management role: Operations Manager in a Engineering Service Management company. The role requires the following scope:

-Strategize and manage daily operational activities within company policies and standard
-Minimize budgetary cost for operations while increasing productivity outputs
-Must be able to conceptualize a streamlined operational manual/instructions for an efficient property management
-Must come up with strategic planning on the operational calendar, scheduling, and methods for individualized property goals, implementation, and reviews
-Must be able to develop and implement policies and procedures to elevate facilities management performance, customer relations, and quality standards.
-Must meet monthly, semi-annual and annual reports to keep an updated overview to the General and Commercial Managers.
-Must have good character and interpersonal skills to effectively work with General Manager and Commercial Manager in planning, strategizing, and improving performance on Engineering management services.
-Must be proactive in implementing across all departments the necessary check and balance of all potential risks that may affect unnecessary hazards, disruptions, and problems of operation.
-Good in communication, problem-solving, and decision-making with regards to unforeseen problems or client complaints.
-Must be able to conform and ensure that property meets all government regulations on security, environmental, and health standards.
-Manage, and inspect all outsourced services, technical or non-technical, and ensure correct implementation of all its deliverables, including its personnel, for quality results.
-To inspect the performance matrix of all contracted services, maintaining or exceeding performance expectations.
-Handles and mitigates all incident reports within the time frame
-Capable of preparing breakdown analysis reports, reviews, and mitigation
-Supervise all operations personnel, implement programs for staff well-being and motivation for a positive and quality work performance output
-To actively handle and participate in all investigations and corrective actions during and after any premise incidents/accidents
-Efficiently manage and establish leadership within the Service Management Zone, and regulate strict compliance with all services and operation protocols.
