We’re seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Manager with a deep understanding of technology solutions and a passion for driving business growth. This role requires you to lead our sales operations in Saudi Arabia, build strategic relationships, and drive the successful sales of our license plate recognition software and integration services.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned territory and target segments.
Lead and manage the end-to-end sales process including lead generation, customer engagement, deal closure, and post-sales services.
Establish, maintain, and grow relationships with key decision-makers in the target market to understand their needs, challenges, and opportunities.
Conduct in-depth product demonstrations and presentations, illustrating how our solutions can address and alleviate clients’ operational needs and challenges.
Monitor the competition, market trends, and developments to maintain a competitive edge.
Collaborate with our technical team to develop custom solutions for specific client needs.
Provide accurate sales forecasts and report on sales performance to senior management.
Required Skills & Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. A technical background or understanding is a plus.
Proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably in the technology or software sector. Experience in selling license plate recognition software or similar technologies is highly desirable.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn and understand new technologies.
Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
Excellent analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks while working independently.
Proficiency in English and Arabic.
