Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Gulf region for a National Aftersales Manager/Director. The role requires you to lead the service team and ensure customer satisfaction through the delivery of services and retention. You will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of strategies to improve aftersales performance, customer satisfaction, and staff efficiency. You will work closely with the sales and marketing team to enhance customer experiences and optimize business opportunities.
Qualifications
Should possess a bachelor’s degree or higher in business administration or a related field.
Should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in aftersales/service management in a dealership or related automotive industry environment.
Should have experience with aftersales profitability, customer satisfaction, and productivity in terms of workshop utilization rates.
Should have excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Also, the ability to work effectively under pressure.
Should possess skills in teamwork, problem-solving and should possess good motivational skills for driving and managing the aftersales team.
Should be familiar with automotive dealerships’ financial statements and KPIs.
Will ideally have experience in the automotive industry in Middle East.
Experience with Premium or managing successful Automotive brands would be preferred.
