Purpose

Total Package: Range from (AED) 5,000 per/month.
Minimum Qualifications And Experience
High School or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from an accredited university
2 – 3 years’ experience with visa renewal process and other immigration related matters
Hands on experience working with HR system.
Fluency in English and Arabic language is mandatory
UAE Labour Law, visa policy and procedures should be well known
Job Description
In charge of all Ministry of Labour (MOL) and TECOM visa applications / Work permits both online and offline
In charge of all AUE Licenses; DED, TECOM, Chamber of Commerce
Assist staff with their dependents visa new applications and renewals
Assist staff medical test / EID procedures for visa stamping
Assist AUE students with their visa new applications and renewals
Arrangement of bills and prepare the department’s expense report
Check the university PO Box
Assist faculty and staff in their equivalency process
Process all incoming visa cancellations, absconding cases
Assist in AUE guests transportation
Provide advice and assistant to all AUE staff if needed in any the government services
Build external relationship with government and non-government sector
