Manage internal policies aligned with strategic goals and regulations, offer project management expertise, and improve processes in collaboration with various stakeholders, analyze and enhance business processes, ensure compliance with internal and external standards, and gather and report data for effective program management.

Functional Responsibilities:

1- Develop, update, and revise policies in alignment with SCZ management objectives and legal regulations.

2- Enhance business processes for increased efficiency and effectiveness while ensuring adherence to internal and external regulatory standards

3- Identify and mitigate risks in organizational processes and policies, and collaborate with various internal and external parties for feedback and communication on policy changes.

4- Conduct training sessions for staff on new policies and procedures, and assess the effectiveness of these policies and processes for necessary adjustments.

5- Keep records of policies, processes, and compliance activities, and contribute insights into policy effectiveness and process efficiencies for SCZ’s strategic planning.

6- Design processes using flowcharts and diagrams, identifying problems and solutions, creating reference materials for SCZ project teams to follow RCU and SCZ processes.

7- Communicate with senior managements on the status of governance projects, evaluating the success of process improvements, and recommending software tools for automation.

8- Conduct assessments on existing monitoring and reporting processes, suggesting strategies to project managers for enhancing project efficiency and effectiveness.

Maintain oversight of SCZ’s lessons learned process, and sharing these insights with Organizational Excellence.

10- Provide input to the sector’s strategy from the Department’s or Section’s perspective in line with RCU overall vision and mission.

11- Develop the Department’s or Section’s objectives, KPIs, annual operational plans and ensure plan execution is meeting the targets

12- Contribute to the preparation of the Department’s or Section’s annual budget and monitor the financial performance of the Department or Section.

13- Implement and execute the Department’s or Section’s policies and procedures. Oversee the overall performance of the section and ensure KPI’s are well developed, cascaded, communicated and monitored.

14- Ensure effective staffing, professional development and deployment of staff of the Department or Section in consultation with the Sector Executive or (Executive) Director.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration or a related field. (Master’s Degree preferred).
6 years of relevant experience with 2 years in a managerial role.
Written and Oral proficiency of Arabic & English languages.
Excellent communication skills.
Time management and organization skills.
Familiarity with standards, regulations, best practices, and performance standards.
Maintains a high standard of professionalism, presentation, personal integrity, and customer support.
