We’re looking for a dynamic, results-oriented Sales Representative with strong interpersonal skills who will actively seek out and engage customer prospects. As a Sales Specialist, you are responsible for selling the company’s products by identifying leads, educating prospects on products through calls, presentations, and providing existing customers with exceptional support.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Create and communicate with leads (from third parties and direct customers).
Prospect and qualify new sales leads.
Arranging appointments and scheduling for clients and agents.
Accompanies clients on property tours and gives them advice.
Evaluate the client’s requirements and budget before making property recommendations.
As a go-between in negotiations, you’ll advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and other relevant matters to strike a reasonable and ethical agreement.
Prepare the necessary paperwork and assist clients through it (booking form, contracts, SPA, statement of accounts, transfer of title deeds).
Maintain and update real estate agents’ listings of available properties.
Develop networks, cooperate with banks, and mortgage lenders.
Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices.
Assess sales opportunities in the territory/market, maintain a record of status reports.
Advancing business and productivity objectives through proposed strategic plans.
Preparing an internal report as per management’s requirements (total units sold, status report, occupancy rate, sales projection, etc.)
Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
Meet or exceed predetermined sales goals and deadlines.
Maintain the flow of information between the sales team and related departments.
Own and translate USPs to address customers’ needs.
Read, highlight, and analyze the customer’s UBS to match their requirement.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activity in the organization’s CRM system, including regular account updates.
Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects.
Cultivate long-lasting bonds with your clientele.
Team up with other divisions and members of the team to increase sales.

Working knowledge of CRM.

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor’s Degree is a must
