A Semi-government Masterplan Developer company located in Sharjah is looking for a dedicated sales promoter to join the sales team. The sales promoter’s responsibilities include attracting new customers and improving profits, assisting with product events, improving knowledge of the product range, answering questions, and addressing customer concerns. You should be able to multitask and deliver excellent customer service.
To be successful as a sales promoter, you should be passionate about a real estate/land/plots sales and have the ability to inspire others as well.
Responsibilities:
Meet with customers and make them excited about the product
Generate potential clients.
Present the value of the company and the product
Able to close sales
Own and hit/exceed sales target constantly
Handle objections and conclude with prospects
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Requirements:
Experience in real estate (land/ plots) is highly recommended.
Fluent in Arabic, and English, (Hindi is an advantage).
Ability to work independently.
Excellent interpersonal skills
Represent the company at the highest level.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Capable of working long hours and weekends.
