We are looking for a Data Entry Support (Social Media) to represent the voice of our brand and complement our team. We expect you to grow and maintain our cross-platform social media community.
Responsibilities
Serve as a point of contact for the company’s social media platforms such as Twitter, Telegram, Facebook, Reddit, Discort, Bitcointalk, LinkedIn, Youtube, etc.
Manage social media campaigns for various social media platforms
Interact with community members in a professional, personable, and timely manner to grow and keep the community alive
Strive to boost engagements and resolve any potential conflicts that may affect brand reputation
Monitor and provide feedback/generate reports on community engagement, sentiment and notable trends
Liaise with different functions in marketing and development to stay updated on company and product news
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media and industry trends
Requirements
Reputation management experience, including conflict management
Excellent communication skills (Written)
Attention to details
Strees-resistant team player attitude
English Upper-Intermediate or above
