Job Description
Complete territory management of Abu Dhabi & Al Ain (Subject to change as per Management discretion)
To register and onboard New Retailers, Dealers, resellers & Wholesalers in the mentioned territory apart from managing the current portfolio
Sell & Market Company authorized brands of Smartphones, accessories other products as & when added in the Product Portfolio by the Company
Ensure timely delivery of Goods through proper route and stock planning
Ensure Timely cash collections from the Market and keep the cycle rolling
Monthly Forecast to be provided to the management to help maintain required inventories
Daily Visits, Sales & Collection Reporting
To conduct market survey and to update about the latest trends in the market.
Responsible for achieving the sales turnover in line with the target set by the management
Must cover the area Horizontal and Vertical.
Min. 20 customers to be covered on Daily Basis for 6 days (Sat – Thu).
Report other competitor’s activity and sales promotion to the Management.
Ensure 100% coverage of assigned journey plan.
Implement FIFO rotation plan, Ensure products are placed in visible area and Ensure all products on display are clean and in good condition & rightly priced to the End-consumer.
Candidate Profile
Must have minimum 4-5 years Outdoor Sales experience in Mobile Phones & Accessories Channel sales with good communication skills preferably in Abu Dhabi & Al Ain
Must have a proven track record of over achieving sales targets
Candidate must have valid driving license (UAE).
Candidate must have good knowledge of UAE roads specially Dubai & Abu Dhabi.
Must have basic and working knowledge of MS Office
Excellent Negotiation Skills is a must
