The Opportunity

TruDoc is a fast paced and rapidly growing healthcare organization. Our work spans multiple facets of population health management. Representative projects include patient support program for DOH, disease management programs for payers and medical device manufacturers, hospital at home program for DOH and payers alike, telehealth service for B2B members to have easy access to low cost, high quality healthcare services from the comfort of their homes/ offices. Key Responsibilities

Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
Researching prospects and generating leads.
Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, per email, and in person.
Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
Managing the sales process through specific software programs.
Building and maintaining a CRM database.
Meeting Quarterly sales targets.
Participating in sales team meetings.
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

To qualify for the role, you must have:

BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field
Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
Strong business sense and industry expertise
Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills

Additional Skills and requirements (if required):

Support with Marketing plan and execution for B2B clients.
