Role Description:
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Construction Manager. The Construction Manager will oversee construction projects from planning to completion, ensure that the projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget, and manage resources on multiple projects. The Construction Manager will also collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as architects, engineers, and contractors, to identify project requirements and provide customized solutions. This role is located in Riyadh Region, with flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Construction
Management, Architecture, or a related field
· 5+ years of experience in project management, construction supervision
or related field of Prefabrication
· Experience in managing commercial and residential construction projects
from conception to completion
· Excellent budget management and negotiation skills
· Strong oral and written communication skills, and ability to communicate
effectively with diverse groups of stakeholders
· Demonstrated ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and
meet deadlines
· Experience with project management software and tools
