ABOUT THE ROLE

This is an ideal role for an experienced Properties Consultant (Secondary Market) with a proven track record in sales and leasing.

Must specialize in Secondary market (ready properties) sales/rentals
Building a portfolio of ready properties to list across leading portals and websites, ensuring the highest rank/scores for maximum exposure
Ensure new listings are generated each month
Ongoing networking within the prime communities of focus establishes a lasting presence with both buyers and sellers
Hosting of Open Houses as per requirement
Carrying out timely viewings, ensuring that clients obtain all required information
Coordinating between the key departments for a smooth marketing and sales process
Always consult the client to the best ability and nurture the relationships for long-term success
Staying up to date with the current property market news and trends
Maintain and seek to build new and existing relationships with buyers and sellers
Striving to become Super-Agent on leading portals and revert to clients within the first rings
Ensuring that all leads are attended to in record time and consistent follow-up to grow the sales pipeline
Matching the requirement to the options for each client request
Create a client retention strategy for ongoing success and referrals
Regular and timely updates to company CRM
Accurately provide information for all new listings and ensure updates as per requirement
Honor the company’s policies and procedures for each internal and external transaction
Provide input on how to improve the existing strategies for mutual benefits
Promote self and company by emphasizing professionalism, local knowledge, customer service, integrity, and results
Build a reputation based on trust, reliability, and results amongst customers, colleagues, and competitors

QUALIFICATIONS

Proven track record for Secondary Market Sales/Rentals with an existing portfolio of properties
1+ year of experience in the Dubai Real Estate market (Secondary)
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills (Bilingual/Trilingual advantage)
Exceptional knowledge of the UAE real estate market
Exude self-confidence and a hunger for success, rising to the top ranks of real estate
Maintain a positive attitude and trustworthy demeanor
UAE driving license
