Sales Manager

Position Summary:

Wayzim is seeking a Sales Managers in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The primary role of the Sales Manager is to bring the customer value and successfully make a win-win situation on behalf of the Client and Wayzim.

Key Responsibilities including

1. Handle sales and distribution within a given geography.

2. Design, develop and implement sales cookbooks, targets, and plans.

3. Perform root cause analysis of marketing, sales and customer services operational issues, and measures results against business plans and past forecasts.

4. Create and develop sales strategies and operational procedures to enhance business growth.

5. Provide logistics in building and expanding the customer base and expanding relationships with existing customer by directing and supporting collaborative sales efforts

6. Establish standards and processes for contract management across the client lifecycle.

7. In alignment with finance, develop processes and standards for developing, managing and enhancing pricing data and strategy.

8. Identify opportunities to use automation to improve processes across the client lifecycle.

9. Provide support in troubleshooting and resolving customer issues and concerns.

10. Compile and examine revenue data, assesses territories and tracks trends.

11. Audit revenue data to identify areas for improvement in pipeline management and forecast accuracy for both new and existing sales.

12. Analyze past and present revenue data of the organization and forecasts future sales.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree.

2. Minimum 2 years of marketing and/or sales experience.

3. Experience in automation machinery industry is a plus.

9. Cross-culture sensitive, experience with Chinese company is a plus.
