The position
The HR Representative is responsible for the full coverage in Saudi Arabia. Handles day-to-day tasks and concerns of employees.
The position will be working as HR Representative cum Liaison officer.
Your main tasks…
Responsible for the Immigration process.
Engage with any government agencies
Keep, update and fulfill all the licenses of commercial registration, municipal and industrial requirements.
Contributor of IKTVA development
Hiring process
Onboarding and offboarding employees
Handles Payroll, payslip, and salary certificate
Training and development for local and overall
Audit requirement for HR Audit and compliance
Monitor days-off and leave balance
Assist in coordination with special events
Ad hoc HR administration and support
The candidate
We are looking for a candidate who is a goal setter and time-bound with less supervision. Who is flexible and dedicated to the job. Willing to work beyond scope of work as and when needed.
The preferred candidate has the following qualifications:
at least 1-2 years experience
College degree, Diploma, or other related courses
Good working knowledge of Saudi Labour Law
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft office
Arabic and English professional working proficiency
