Responsibilities:
Knowledge of competitions, property market, marketing strategies, sourcing of clients.
Generate a healthy pipeline of prospects & leads for target markets and sectors.
Respond to all online or telephone queries in a professional and timely manner.
Establishing relationship with premium network of real estate brokers.
Creating a pool of committed, profitable customers for long time scale and building sound relationship with them.
Compile, maintain and continuously generate a database of customers that might potentially be interested in our properties /offering.
Professional with strong work ethics and negotiation skills.
Achieve monthly / quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications:
The candidate should be dynamic, presentable, and confident.
Should hold Diploma / Bachelor in business administration or marketing.
should posses 1 – 2 years of sales experience.
