The Operation executive is requested to perform the below:
Receiving and dispatching goods domestically and overseas
Prepare master Air Waybills (AWB) , And follow up
Estimating shipping fees
Issue quality certificates such as Saber, CoC …etc
Preparing delivery schedules
Entering / Exporting data into a database
Assisting with the daily activities of the operation department.
Reviewing, comparing, evaluating and approving products and services.
Responsible for assembling, cataloguing, preserving and managing the company information
Sort out Applicants records for labeling and filing
