CEO Office Manager provides executive support in a one-on-one working relationship, serves as the primary point of contact internally and externally for all matters related to the CEO’s Office. Also represents the CEO both within and outside of the company and oversees.
Responsibilities
Arrange different legal cases.
Manage, save and upload the documents to the cloud and the traditional archive as well.
Coordinate arrangements, meetings and conferences as assigned.
Write correspondence, letters and emails.
Compile, proofread and revise drafts of documents and reports.
Daily record keeping and filing of documents and cases.
Prepare reports, presentations and correspondence accurately and swiftly.
Create and organize information, and generate reference tools for easy use.
Answer and screen telephone calls, and respond to emails, messages and other correspondence.
Manage the busy calendar and meeting’s coordination.
Professionally greet and receive guests and clients.
Ensure efficient and effective administrative information and assistance.
Adhere with any tasks assigned by the CEO.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years in a similar role.
Fluent English
