Job Description:
Executive secretary
Duties And Responsibilities:
1- Receiving the transactions received for the department, arranging them, presenting them to the department head, and distributing them to the employees after taking the actions.
2- Distribution of transactions issued by the department to all concerned departments
3- Guiding the department’s visitors and answering their inquiries
4- Keep the official Stamp and stamping official transactions that need it
5- Organizing interviews
6- Organizing meeting and preparing the meeting room
7- Preparing Report of meetings and completing signature and distribution procedures
8- Keep a copy of the meeting record for follow-up
9- Maintaining confidentiality of information
Skills, Knowledge & Capabilities:
Must have knowledge of computer skills and must possess good typing skills
Fluent in english,
Education & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in one of the administrative sciences
Years of Experience:
Two years in the secretarial field
