We have a requirement for Secretary for our client in Doha, Qatar

Job Description:
The successful candidate is expected to provide administrative support and performs numerous duties, including scheduling, writing correspondence, emailing, handling visitors, routing callers, and answering questions and requests.
Reporting to management and performing secretarial duties.
Processing, typing, editing, and formatting reports and documents.
Filing documents, as well as entering data and maintaining databases.
Liaising with internal departments and communicating with the public.
Directing internal and external calls, emails, and faxes to designated departments.
Arranging and scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
Monitoring office supplies and ordering replacements.
Assisting with copying, scanning, faxing, emailing, note-taking, and travel bookings.
Preparing facilities and arranging refreshments for events, if required.
Observing the best business practices and etiquette.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Locally available (inside Qatar)
Must be punctual and have excellent attention to details.
Must be self-reliant and able to work with limited supervision
Must be able to form effective working relationships with fellow team members
Must be systematic and able to cope with high volume repetitive task whilst maintaining accuracy
Must be flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities and tight timescales
Minimum experience is 10 years
