Desired Candidate Profile:
Native or Professional ENGLISH Speaker is a MUST
Female applicants Preferred
1-2 years of Real Estate agent experience is a MUST
Candidates experienced in Dubai Real Estate market preferred.
Strong communication skills.
Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers.
Must possess good knowledge of RERA rules for buying, selling and leasing property in Dubai.
Should have innovative marketing skills and capable of handling multiple marketing channels.
Should have leasing experience with OFFPLAN units
RERA Certification is an advantage.
Must be aware of Market strategies and mandatory paper work
Ensure that company standards, protocols and procedures are well implemented to the Sales Consultant
