Job Description:
Responsible for arranging property viewing and ·Prospect for buyer leads, convert leads to appointments, close for agreements.
Select and show properties that meet client’s needs, identifying the best options to meet those needs.
Build lists of properties with detailed specifications, and market through open houses, advertisements, networking, and relationships and mortgage options.
Generating new business using leads generated by company and your own
Building a strong relationship with developers and mastering all knowledge about their projects.
Matching clients to specific properties and acting as an investment adviser.
Knowledge of sales techniques with at least one year in sales role preferably within the UAE
Ability to work independently with great dedication.
Must be presentable, have a professional attitude and like to work as part of a large team
Must have your own car and valid UAE driver’s license
Salary + Commission + Visa, Medical and Mobile Allowance
Prefer Arabic, Russian and French Speaker
