We are expanding our operations and require a multiple individual to join our Sales and Logistics Department as an Export Logistic Coordinator.
The candidate shall be skilled in handling complex task associated with the export of Nonwovens to our Global customer base.
Functions
All tasks associated order entry, coordination with external partners, and reporting to customers.
Organizational Relationships
Working relationships with Executive Management Team, sales team and operational departments. Reports to the Sales and Logistics Supervisor.
Duties & Responsibilities
Analyse incoming Purchase orders and prepare production orders accordingly.
Liaise with Operations to ensure timely delivery of goods for shipment.
Liaise with freight forwarders for containerized shipments.
Prepare all export documentations required.
Communicate with customer delivery schedules.
Respond promptly to customer’s inquiries.
Candidates Skills and experience
In depth knowledge of EXPORT shipping process.
Ability to work in a high paced agile environment.
At least 3 years’ experience in similar position or from freight forwarding role.
Knowledge of Microsoft AX.
Advanced Microsoft Excel.
