Job Description:
RiseUp Real Estate is looking for Real Estate Telesales Executive to join our growing team. Someone who has a proven track record of Sales and Telecalling would be advantageous, however, a candidate who can demonstrate a determination to succeed is more important to us than experience in real estate.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone.
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
Asking questions to engage clients and keep the conversation going.
Listening to the customer’s needs to generate repeat sales.
Generating and qualifying leads from cold calling and managing the updates
Gathering and documenting client information, payment methods, purchases, and reactions to products.
Keeping up to date on all products and informing customers of new products.
Answering clients’ questions on the products.
Meeting sales quotas.
Requirements:
Proven experience in Telesales, Customer Service, or Sales
Strong communication in English & Arabic (any other language is desirable)
Ability to learn about the products and describe/explain them to prospects
Excellent communication skills and Creative thinking skills.
The patience and ability to engage customers in conversation.
Good sales ability and Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Good presentation and negotiating skills.
At least 1-year experience in the Real Estate Industry Sector
Demonstrable experience in selling high-value products, negotiating, generating, and closing deals.
A Real Estate Telesales background is a plus
