Job Title: Tele Calling Agent
Location: Al Barsha 1 – Dubai UAE.
Job Type: Full-time
Responsibilities:
1 – Conduct outbound calls to potential customers in a professional and courteous manner
2 – Provide information about our products/services and address customer inquiries
3 – Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
4 – Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and goals
5 – Fluent communication in Hindi and additional languages: Telugu, Kannada, and Tamil
Qualifications:
1 – Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and the specified additional languages
2 – Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach
3 – Basic computer proficiency
4 – Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent
5 – Previous experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus, but freshers are welcome to apply
