We are seeking dynamic and personable sales and customer service agents to manage client inquiries. A background in call center and customer service is a requirement.
Job Location: Dubai – UAE
Work Days: 6 days a Week
Responsibilities:
A call center representative focuses on building relationships with our clients through outbound calls and electronic communications.
Qualifications:
Proficient in desktop applications and the internet
Must possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving, multitasking skills and organizational expertise mastering job description, on-call scripting, and industry product knowledge
Candidates must complete our training course
