Our client, a leading Finance company, is looking for a System Analyst-CRM to join their team in KSA, Jeddah. The main objective of this job is to work with users to formulate system requirements, develop system plans and documentation, review and evaluate existing systems, and design and modify systems to meet users’ business needs.
Responsibilities:
Identifying, investigating, and analyzing business processes, procedures and work practices
Identifying and evaluating inefficiencies and recommending optimal business practices, and system functionality and behavior
Using project management methodologies, principles and techniques to develop project plans and to cost, resource and manage projects
Taking responsibility for deploying functional solutions, such as creating, adopting and implementing system test plans, which ensure acceptable quality and integrity of the system
Creating user and training documentation, and conducting formal training classes
Developing functional specifications for use by system developers
Using data and process modelling techniques to create clear system specifications for the design and development of system software
Acting as a central reference and information source, providing guidance and assistance in the system project decision making process
Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or similar preferred
A minimum of 5 years’ experience as an Sieble consultant in a similar industry
CRM Certification, such as Siebel CRM Business Process Integration or Oracle’s SaaS CRM
SAMA regulation in cyber security and continuity
Specialization in business administration or a related field will be advantageous.
Extensive knowledge of business processes, CRM development tool, and coding languages
Knowledge in Oracle Siebel and Project Management
Exceptional Interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills
Superb problem-solving and analytical abilities
Excellent time management and organizational skills
