Key Responsibilities:
Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Provide accurate and complete information to customers, and escalate issues to the appropriate department as needed.
Meet or exceed established performance metrics for calls answered, call handling time, and customer satisfaction.
Continuously update job knowledge by participating in training and development opportunities.
Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Experience as a Telesales Representative or Customer Service Representative
Familiar with Zoho and MS Office programs
Good customer service skills
Excellent communication skills
Good team player
Good negotiation Skills
