Business Development Manager – Road and Infrastructure Work

Are you a proactive and driven professional with a passion for spearheading business growth in the road and infrastructure sector? Al Wakeel Group, a leading company in both Qatar and Saudi Arabia, is currently looking to hire two motivated Business Development Managers to join our dynamic team. One position is based in Qatar, and the other is for our operations in Saudi Arabia. This is an exceptional opportunity to make a significant impact on our road and infrastructure projects in both countries.
Responsibilities:
Identify and explore new business opportunities in the road and infrastructure industry.
Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential clients and emerging trends.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and industry partners.
Develop and deliver compelling presentations to showcase the company’s capabilities and services to prospective clients.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition from business development to project initiation.
Devise and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
Stay abreast of industry developments, regulations, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
Represent Al Wakeel Group at industry events, networking functions, and conferences.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven track record in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably within the road and infrastructure sector.
Comprehensive understanding of the road and infrastructure markets in both Qatar and Saudi Arabia.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Willingness to travel within Qatar and Saudi Arabia for client meetings and business purposes.
Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in Arabic will be advantageous.
