Leading event management group, with over two decades of presence in the MENA region, which specializes in offering comprehensive solutions for the event industry. The group offer includes unique integrated technology solutions for large scale and high-profile events, exhibitions and conferences.
Due to rapid growth and a new phase of expansion we are actively seeking experienced and proficient sales professionals to join our dynamic team.
About the Job
You will be working with our team in our Dubai headquarters.
You will engage with our clients across the UAE and the MENA region, and you will play a critical role in ensuring that events’ projects are delivered on time and exceeding client expectations.
The primary responsibility of the role is to generate and close new sales and create win-win partnerships with related providers.
Role Responsibilities
Develop new business development and client acquisition strategies and execute results driven roadmaps to achieve monthly and annual revenue growth targets, company market share
360-degree sales cycle: lead generation, pipeline growth, preparation and submission of proposals and quotations, negotiation, and deal closure.
Meeting with clients: to understand their needs and requirements, and then collaborating with internal team to develop the event offer. You will be the main point of contact for clients, responsible for creating and maintaining strong relationships and ensuring that their needs are always met.
Developing proposals: you will be responsible for developing proposals for potential clients that outline the scope of the project, budget, timeline, and other important details.
Preparing quotations: you will need to prepare accurate quotations for clients that reflect the agreed-upon scope of work and budget.
Negotiating and closing contracts: you will be responsible for negotiating and closing contracts with clients for various event production services.
Collaborate with the design & operations teams to create compelling experiences & ensure best in class client experience.
Key Skills & Experience
Minimum 5 years’ experience in B2B consultative and solutions selling, particularly business development and new sales for events, exhibitions, conferences, brand activations, integrated audio visual and technology solutions.
Established network of relationships with decision makers in UAE government and semi-government entities, private enterprises, events and wedding planners.
Strong networking skills to foster and generate new business.
Strong commercial and financial acumen – responsible for profitable revenue and market share growth.
Technical acumen or ability to grasp technical knowledge of AV solutions used in the MICE sector.
A proactive hunting mindset and approach, coupled with an entrepreneurial outlook, customer-centric focus, and tenacity.
Excellent interpersonal skills, presentation, communication skills, ability to influence and engage decision makers and stakeholders
Ability to foster collaborative and growth-oriented teams
Other Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
Currently living in Dubai – United Arab Emirates
Fluent in English is mandatory, Arabic is a plus
UAE driving license
