This is a full-time remote role for a Personal Assistant. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for providing high quality administrative support to the Director of the Picasso Institute – UAE. The role will involve diary management, organization of meetings, handling correspondence, and completing various errands as required.
Qualifications
Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
Excellent verbal and written Communication skills
Expertise in Diary Management
Clerical Skills including organization and filing of documents
Ability to anticipate and solve problems proactively
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
Experience working in a fast-paced work environment
Bachelor’s degree or higher in related field
While not required, proficiency in a second language, experience in the performing arts industry, or experience living and working in the UAE is considered an asset.
