Roles and responsibilities:
Achieve sales goals and targets for assigned Sector Quarterly basis.
Makes sure clients receive requested Solutions and Services in a timely fashion
Execute Sales Plan.
Working with Internal Team to deliver proper solutions.
Service multiple clients concurrently.
Forecasts and tracks client account metrics.
Ongoing account management to ensure customer satisfaction.
Working and response to RFQ, RFP & RFI.
Cross Selling for Assigned exiting accounts.
Maintain strong relationship with clients and ensures success.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in IT or relevant field.
2+ years of experience as an Account Manager in the IT field.
Strong IT background.
Skills:
Convincing & Negotiation skills.
Excellent communication skills in Arabic & English.
Ability to achieve excellent performance in individual and team environments.
