Customer Relations Executive Jobs in Oman

To locate and qualify new prospects and grow existing accounts by sharing information and generating interest in the institute’s services and programs that could meet their needs.
๐๐ฒ๐ ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐๐ฝ๐ผ๐ป๐๐ถ๐ฏ๐ถ๐น๐ถ๐๐ถ๐ฒ๐:
โข Schedule appointments and meet potential clients (companies and individuals) in person, to understand their learning & development needs
โข Work closely with the team to propose and provide solutions that meet customer expectations
โข Maintain regular contact with existing clients to maintain our company’s presence, ensure satisfaction, and earn new business
โข Serve as the โeyes and earsโ for the marketing and program development team
โข Report client feedback to management and deliver analytics on client engagement activities

โข Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
โข Previous sales or client relationship experience is preferred
โขAble to quickly establish relationships and interact with HR & L&D personnel
โข Fluent in Arabic, and working proficiency in English
โข Energetic, and a service-oriented attitude
