Imtilak Global Real Estate is looking to recruit an Experienced Customer Service Specialist for its Office in Dubai – UAE

A large-scale Turkish company, established in 2012, specializing in real estate consulting and brokerage, based in Istanbul, Trabzon, Sakarya, and Antalya, as well as agents in several Arab cities, and numerous agreements with most major Turkish construction companies, focusing its attention on foreign real estate investors, who wish to own property in the region.

Imtilak has achieved huge successes in Turkish real estate markets during its long run, gaining extensive practical experience, and a reputation locally and regionally, gaining the confidence of foreign investors and Turkish construction companies.

In the Beginning of 2023 Imtilak has established its new Company in Dubai (Imtilak Global) to provide its professional services in the UAE market.

Job Duties:

– As the frontline of the B2C market, you will handle all inbound inquiries received, and outbound communication is established in the form of chats, emails, and calls.

– Independently provide accurate information about company projects especially Off plan properties.

– work on company CRM and record all information on the system.

– Coordinate and collaborate with sales agents to provide a professional services to company potential customers.

– Adhere to the Quality Assurance standards set.

– Adhere to and comply with the schedule set by the Team Leader

– Assist in the preparation of other processes as and when assigned/required by the Team Leader

– Display good team working attitude and behavior within the team and other departments in the company.

Main Requirements:

–        Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or Real Estate is required.

–        2 -3 years’ experience in the DUBAI Real Estate Market is a must.

–        Excellent level in English & Arabic (Know another language is advantage).

–        Knowledgeable in MS Office and CRM.

–        Well-organized and detail oriented.

–        Exceptional communication, negotiation, and closing skills.

–        Excellent organisational skills.

–        Analytical & Problem-solving skills.

–        resident of Dubai.
