Customer Relations Executive Jobs in Oman

We are looking for someone who enjoys meeting people, building long-term relationships, and finding ways to help clients with their training needs.

To locate and qualify new prospects and grow existing accounts by sharing information and generating interest in the institute’s services and programs that could meet their needs.

๐—ž๐—ฒ๐˜† ๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐˜€๐—ฝ๐—ผ๐—ป๐˜€๐—ถ๐—ฏ๐—ถ๐—น๐—ถ๐˜๐—ถ๐—ฒ๐˜€:

โ€ข Schedule appointments and meet potential clients (companies and individuals) in person, to understand their learning & development needs

โ€ข Work closely with the team to propose and provide solutions that meet customer expectations

โ€ข Maintain regular contact with existing clients to maintain our company’s presence, ensure satisfaction, and earn new business

โ€ข Serve as the โ€˜eyes and earsโ€™ for the marketing and program development team

โ€ข Report client feedback to management and deliver analytics on client engagement activities

๐—ค๐˜‚๐—ฎ๐—น๐—ถ๐—ณ๐—ถ๐—ฐ๐—ฎ๐˜๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ป๐˜€:

โ€ข Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field

โ€ข Previous sales or client relationship experience is preferred

โ€ขAble to quickly establish relationships and interact with HR & L&D personnel

โ€ข Fluent in Arabic, and working proficiency in English

โ€ข Energetic, and a service-oriented attitude
