We are looking for Customer Service Team Leader

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of highly skilled Customer Service Representatives

• Independently resolve all queries regarding our product platform and services in a single interaction

• Recruiting and training Customer Service Representatives

• Analysing the performance of the Customer Service Team members

• Preparing and setting monthly and weekly sales targets

• Building and maintaining long-term customer relations

• Preparing and presenting detailed and accurate reports

• Addressing any customer queries and complaints

• Maintaining an updated record of all important customer information in the database

• Assisting in developing chat/call scripts

• Recording calls and meetings details for future reference

• Keeping a track of KPIs

• Taking up any urgent requests or queries in a timely manner

• Any other task, specified by the Reporting Manager

Preferred Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Marketing, Business Management, or a related field

Work Location: Ras al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates

Start Date: Immediate

Mandatory Languages: Hindi, English
