Job Summary:
Oversee the management of client and server operating systems, network devices, security devices/software, applications, as well as the development and monitoring of policies for network resource utilization.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Assist in network design and implementation.Maintain documentation for managed systems, network devices, security devices/software, and applications.Follow established policies and standard operating procedures.Provide support to troubleshoot and resolve IT issues.Qualifications, Knowledge, Experiences & Skills:
University Degree bachelor’s degree in information technology.IT certification (Cisco, CCNA, CCNP, Microsoft) preferred.Extensive experience with TCP/IP networking.Managing Windows client and server operating systems and applications.Managing network devices (e.g. switches, routers). Experience with Cisco and HPE switches and routers preferred.Minimum (3) years of IT work experience.Fluency in both English and Arabic.
