We’re looking for an enthusiastic, innovative, research and insight driven candidate to ensure the timely delivery of high quality marketing materials across different channels and segments in support of our overall strategic marketing plan. Oversee the creative development (design concept & content) for a full range of marketing deliverables / collaterals including but not limited to: brochures, EDMs, newsletters, adverts, presentations, animations and videos.

The ideal candidate will oversee the online marketing strategy for the organization by planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.

The role will report to Head of Marketing at group level and is responsible for :

Promoting and introducing new products (promotions, Entertainment) to the market.
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
Development of marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting how to address them by introducing new Sales Plans & Advertising
Analysing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that quotas and goals are met.
Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
Design, build and maintain social media presence
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Identify potential partners, work with the partner to establish a relationship, and then collaborate with that partner to design and implement co-marketing campaigns.
Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
Keeping tab on competitors and their marketing strategies and partners
Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests

Qualifications:

BS/MS degree in Marketing or a related field
3-5 years’ experience in Marketing or sales with working experience in digital marketing
Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
Knowledge of data analysis and data-driven thinking
Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
Working knowledge of ad serving tools
Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
