Job role: PA/Admin Officer

AG MENA is seeking a dynamic individual with excellent organizational skills for a position as a PA/Admin Officer to the Managing Partner to support the high-end services provided by a global leader in second residence and citizenship planning.

We want a candidate who has excellent communication skills, a problem-solving attitude, excellent attention to detail, and embraces our mission and vision.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Provide high level administrative and secretarial support to the Managing Partner.

• Provide introductory information about Citizenship by Investment program to the client.

• Manage the Managing Partner calendar and scheduling, assessing meeting requests, prioritizing matters of urgency and redirecting matters as appropriate. Use discretion, diplomacy and initiative to prioritize and manage enquiries, requests and complaints.

• Set up face to face meeting for qualified clients with follow up with potential clients to make sure scheduled meeting will takes place successfully.

• Manage email, mail and telephone correspondence in a timely manner.

• Update our calendars and CRM dashboard after meeting the clients.

• Duty for assisting with processing file.

• Organizes and processes file according to assigned deadlines.

• Maintain current and accurate records of clients, both in paper form and electronically.
