You will be working ONLY with MASTER developers and presenting property options to buyers who have called and shown interest. YES…we provide you with LEADS. This is not a common practice in other firms and therefore closing is much higher at AKW.
JOB DESCRIPTION
· Evaluate the clients to discover the appropriate property suggestions.
· Provide information regarding legal guidelines, rates, specifications and property availability.
· Achieve the calls target, book appointments at world class sales centers, close the deal.
· Should be well organized and GREAT AT FOLLOWING UP.
· Remain knowledgeable about the property market
· Provide information to clients via phone, email, whatsapp.
