Main Responsibilities:

To purchase appropriate product for sale in stores which is a appealing content and price vs. competitors in the right quantities and sizes for the market, using sales history, experience and knowledge of the market.
Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure consistency in brand-related decisions.
Analyze and report on brand performance to determine ROI
Monitor market and consumer trends and develop pricing and distribution strategies.
Manage the area/store teams to present the product in the most commercially effective way to maximize the full price sales and minimize any discounts given to completely sell the product.
Brand Manager is accountable for the delivery of top line and bottom line targets for a portfolio of brands.
Brand Manager ensure that the stores maintain the brand image to the standards set by the brand principal or higher and to adhere to the relevant laws when conducting local promotions.
Motivate and lead the brand team to achieve the highest possible full priced sales by product knowledge, excellence in customer service and teamwork and by effective use of the sales incentive scheme.
Open new stores to the required brand standards by liaising with contractors and suppliers to achieve on time highest store opening standards

What you’ll need to succeed:

Commercial and Business acumen with a strong background in Trade Marketing
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing
Minimum 10 years’ experience senior role in retail (operations or merchandising) within the Retail Beauty Industry, and Distribution.
Good communication in English and Arabic language
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage a team, motivate and drive their performance.
Strategic mindset combined with analytical skills.
