Duties and Responsibilities:
Bringing in new clients and ability to generate leads with a strong network.
Provide sales and rental information to clients via phone, email, and in person.
Respond to new leads in a timely manner, and maintain consistent follow-up to convert into closer.
Prepare all necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements, etc.)
Maintain regular contact with Developers, Landlords, Investors, and owners to find new opportunities and assess existing ones
Manage all leads in lead follow-ups, update the lead follow-up template regularly, and track all client communications.
Arrange viewings with clients/landlords for the related properties.
Requirements and skills
Minimum 2+ years of sales experience in Real Estate
Fluency in English & Arabic (Written and Spoken) is absolutely necessary.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
