IT Brokerage Systems Administrator Job Vacancy in Saudi Arabia
Responsibilities
Prepares management reports covering risk provisions
Prepares risk reports such as ICAAP & Pillar III
Uses predetermined modelling techniques to analyses risk exposure
Conducts special duties to aid risk management in certain areas
Assist in the development of modelling and forecasting systems as appropriate
Ensures that the process and control policies are periodically reviewed
review and monitor all matters related to Margin lending in respective to Risk
Key Skills / Competencies
Familiar with Brokerage houses & capital market industry.
Familiar with Brokerage Systems e.g. MUBASHER AT/DT for equities, and/or Asset Management Systems.
Evaluate documented resolutions and analyze trends for ways to prevent future problems.
Alert management to emerging trends in incidents.
Assist in software releases and roll-outs according to Change Management best practices.
Assisting in providing level I and level II technical support when request volumes are high.
Act as an escalation point for advanced or difficult help requests.
Escalate problems (when required) to the Senior Systems Administrator or Network Administrator.
Develop logon and user scripts.
Record, track and document the service desk request problem-solving process, including all successful and unsuccessful decisions made, and actions taken, through to final resolution.
Apply diagnostic utilities to aid in troubleshooting.
Monitor and maintain critical network backups.
Access software updates, drivers, knowledge bases, and FAQ resources on the Internet/Intranet to aid in problem resolution.
Perform hands-on fixes, including installing and upgrading software, installing hardware, implementing file backups, and configuring systems and applications.
Perform preventative systems maintenance, test fixes to ensure problem has been adequately resolved.
Perform post-resolution follow ups with Level I Technicians as required.
Perform and test routine system backups and restorations.
Reinforce SLAs to manage end-user expectations.
Ensuring data is stored securely and backed up regularly.
Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, networking, and system issues when they arise.
Replacing and upgrading defective or outdated components when necessary.
Monitoring system performance to ensure everything runs smoothly and securely.
Qualifications
High diploma or BSc in IT related major.
Required Experience
1 year minimum.
