Key job responsibilities

Customer acquisition and retention activities through growth marketing strategies
Optimize the marketing funnel to drive key performance indicators including MQL, CPA and Website visits per channel
Plan and execute impactful customer communication campaigns (Email, Digital, Traditional) by understanding their needs.
Develop and review strategies and tactical measures for acquisition channels alongside performance monitoring.
Digital marketing and lead generation activities in partnership with cross-functional internal stakeholders.
Experience of planning and executing impactful events, evaluating event proposals and managing event agencies.
Contribute and influence the innovation roadmap for digital channel technologies, functionality, and platforms that deliver against the overall business objectives and strategies
Utilize new tools and platforms to foster better customer experiences, and make continuous improvements based on data and insights
Identify and share best practices for audience targeting

Basic Qualifications

At least 5+ years of B2B and growth marketing experience
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Experience in using performance tracking tools and analyzing to build insights and action points
Experience in planning, delivering and optimizing paid campaigns
Strong event and project management skills

Preferred qualifications

Experience in marketing roles in the MENA region
Knowledge and proficiency in Arabic
Track record of delivering growth for sales through marketing campaigns
