About the job
✔️Consulting with prospective clients to identify their needs, preferences, and financial concerns in terms of lease, buy or sell properties.
✔️Assisting and Finding clients in need of consultancy services through calling, advertising, and business presentations.
✔️Analyzing market trends and demographics to identify the most sought-after and profitable areas.
✔️Maintaining an extensive database of all properties for sale.
✔️Developing strategies to increase the value of properties for clients looking to sell.
✔️Conducting negotiations with real estate agents, owners, or developers on behalf of clients.
✔️Communicating with legal counsel to prepare sale and lease documents.
✔️Find and market property vacancies to attract prospective tenants.
✔️Conduct research and analysis of the property market to determine areas with increasing demand and profitability.
✔️Engage in a lot of traveling to inspect various properties or to meet with clients.
