As a Sales & Leasing Agent your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Generating new leads and business for the company
Listening to clients in order to successfully match clients and properties
Arranging and conducting viewings
Negotiating offers between both buyers and sellers
Offer clients expert advice as a specialist in the area.
Liaising with admin and marketing team to arrange photography, listings and other requirements.
