The ideal candidate will be responsible for tracking and analyzing the performance of marketing strategies, advertising, promotional and digital campaigns, managing the marketing budget, and ensuring that all marketing material is in line with brand identity of the organization.

Responsibilities

Developing a pricing strategy that maximizes profits and market share yet considers customer satisfaction.
Identifying new customers and generating new business leads.
Coordinating marketing strategies that supports sales.
Creating promotions with advertising managers.
Understanding and developing budgets, including expenditures, research and development appropriations, return-on-investment and profit-loss projections for all marketing related activities.
Developing a company profile and compiling lists describing the organization’s offerings.
Developing and managing marketing, branding, advertising, promotional, and digital campaigns.
Organizing company conferences, trade shows, and major events.
Building brand awareness and positioning for the company’s products and services.
Launching, evaluating, and maintaining a marketing strategy.
Directing, planning, coordinating, and executing marketing strategies and campaigns.
Communicating and presenting the marketing plan.
Developing and overseeing marketing, branding, advertising, promotional, and digital campaigns from start to finish.
Researching demand for the organization’s products and services.
Analyzing market trends and evaluating competitors.
Managing and handling various digital marketing channels, social media accounts, public relations, and content marketing.
Developing and measuring marketing KPIs.
Managing and coaching the marketing department’s team.
Preparing and presenting quarterly and annual reports to senior management.
Tracking and measure SEO and Google Analytics metrics and provide reports.
Staying up to date with the latest technology trends and best practices.
Evaluating and selecting marketing and digital marketing agencies and coordinating with them to implement strategies.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
7+ years’ experience in marketing
Master’s degree in a relevant field will be advantageous.
Strong communication skills.
Working knowledge with CRM programs.
Strong analytical and critical thinking.
Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
