Job Description: Associate Media Director

Role:

We are looking for a result-driven Associate Media Director to lead on the development, execution and optimization of media strategies for our diverse set of multinational, regional and local brands within our portfolio. The Associate Media Director will work closely with our clients to understand their business objectives, identify media opportunities, and create innovative and effective media plans that deliver on their goals. You will be responsible for managing a team of media professionals and ensuring the delivery of high-quality work that meets or exceeds client expectations.

Responsibilities

A curious data driven Digital specialist who breathes ideas, doesn’t settle for the ordinary and leads towards innovation. The selected candidate will have the chance to collaborate with some of the region’s most prestigious brands and help accelerate their growth while meeting key KPIs and objectives.

· Develop and implement media strategies that align with client business objectives, leveraging data, insights and industry best practices.

· Oversee cross channel data driven strategies and go-to-market media plans.

· Lead the media planning across a range of media channels, including digital, performance, ecommerce, and mainstream media.

· Manage and mentor a team of media professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work that meets or exceeds client expectations.

· Responsible in the overseeing of marketing plans, budgeting, campaign strategies and ensuring a seamless implementation to achieve the proposed goals.

· Reviewing all performance marketing reports and data on a weekly and monthly basis ensuring the desired KPIs are met.

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and delivering on their needs and expectations.

· Work closely with internal stakeholders, including creative, analytics, and account management teams, to ensure seamless integration and collaboration across functions.

· Have an in-depth understanding of the digital ecosystem along with the ability to give direction on performance driven campaigns.

· Stay up-to-date with the latest media trends, tools, and technologies, and share knowledge and best practices with the wider team.

· Knowledge of E-Commerce, Analytics and Data is a plus.

• 7+ years of experience in media planning, with a focus on digital media and performance marketing.

• Experience managing and mentoring teams, with a strong focus on teamwork, collaboration, and results.

• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable recommendations.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Meticulous and rigorous with high attention to detail.

• Multi-tasking skills with the ability to deliver as per set deadlines.

• Pro-active and takes ownership of tasks at hand.

• An entrepreneurial mindset, with an excellent ability to identify tangible opportunities.

• Experience working on projects that cross into multiple disciplines

• A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university
