Capstone have partnered with a leading multi-billion pound luxury Real Estate developer, world-renowned for delivering iconic residential, commercial and leisure properties in the UAE and beyond. They are looking to recruit an exceptional General Manager of Facilities.
This is a brand-new senior hire within the business, reporting directly to the company owner.
The post-holder will be responsible for overseeing both hard and soft Facilities Management strategy for the entire group within the UAE, consisting of circa 40,000 units (predominantly residential) and growing rapidly.
The successful candidate will have previous experience at a senior level overseeing the facilities management of large-scale residential portfolios.
