Strategic Partnership- Senior Manager is responsible for developing and optimizing relationships with strategic partners, reporting to Senior Director Partnerships. The SPSM also supports the brand marketing teams in the delivery of effective, commercial corporate social responsibility partnership programs that drive incremental revenue and or positive publicity and brand equity.
Key responsibilities include:
Identify strategic partners that will support Cenomi Brand positioning and Corporate strategic initiatives.
Develop the network of strategic partners through relationship building, short-, medium- and long-term partnership that deliver a mutually beneficial return.
Develop and launch campaigns and announcements related to strategic partnerships.
Develop, launch and supervise the Corporate Gift Cards program.
Managing and communicating strategic partnerships to brand marketing teams
Assessing the effectiveness of all partnerships and cross-brand collaborations for corporate fit and against revenue targets, recommending parameters of deals to VP Partnerships plus any remedial action (where necessary)
Creating appropriate cross-functional working teams to ensure implementation and activation of partnerships i.e., Finance, IT, Audit
Working cross-functionally with other teams and functions to ensure the efficient implementation of marketing initiatives.
Providing partner guidelines to brand teams
Adhering to all company policies, procedures and guidelines
Sharing best practice within the brand, division and across Cenomi
Ensuring all activities are delivered in line with Cenomi Vision & Values.
